Recommended intake:
- for children up to 12 years old - 5 ml
- for children over 12 years old and adults - 10 ml
If necessary, the intake in adults can be increased to 15 ml daily. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. It is not a substitute for a varied daily diet.
