Buckwheat is one of the cleanest foods because its cultivation does not require the use of chemical preparations. It does not contain gluten and is rich in vitamins A, B, E and fiber, which improve digestion.
SUGGESTED USE: Buckwheat is known for its wide use in both sweet and savory dishes.
Boil buckwheat in a ratio of 1:3 (1 part buckwheat to 3 parts water) for about 10-15 minutes. It is ready when the grains crack, swell and soften.
STORAGE: In a dry and cool place at room temperature.
