Each capsule contains 250mg BCM-95™ curcumin extract and 250mg AKBAMAX™ Boswellia. Curcumin is the bioactive ingredient in turmeric that works synergistically with boswellia and ginger to offer natural and effective support to those who need to support chronic inflammatory conditions.

Ingredients in one daily dose (1 capsule): Turmeric - Curcuma longa L (BCM-95™) - 250 mg; Boswellia Boswellia serrata (AKBAMAX™) - 250 mg; Ginger Zingiber officinale - 100 mg.
Ingredients per capsule: Curcuma longa L (BCM-95™ Turmeric) 25:1 extract (rhizome) 250 mg (standardized to contain 95% curcuminoids with Ar-Turmerone); Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex (AKBAMAX™ boswellia) extract (resin) 250 mg (standardized to contain 45% boswellic acids of which 10% AKBA); Zingiber officinale (ginger) extract 100 mg (rhizome) (standardized to contain 5% gingerol). Capsule: brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Recommended daily dose:
During the first week, take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food. After the first week, take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Suitable for long-term use.
The product is suitable for adults, children over 12 years; for diabetics, vegans and vegetarians.
