ZOYA TIBETAN GOJI BERRIES Tibetan goji berry 250g
Goji berries have been used in China for centuries, but only gained popularity as a dried fruit in Europe in the 21st century. In our latitudes, goji berries are mainly found in dried form. The Tibetan goji berry is grown with plenty of sunlight, clean air and water at 3000m above sea level in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. It is distinguished by a larger, juicier and sweeter fruit than other goji berry varieties, which makes it particularly suitable for direct consumption without soaking.
Method of use:
Consume straight, add to shakes, cereals and raw desserts or use in the preparation of other sweet and savory dishes. Dried goji berries can also be made into tea. Experiment and make an exotic goji berry soup – the Chinese have been adding the berries to soups for centuries.
