Purpose : Acetyl-L-carnitine is a derivative of L-carnitine. Facilitates the transport of long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria in cells, where they are broken down and converted into energy. Acetyl L-Carnitine supports mental activity and brain function, protects brain cells from the harmful effects of free radicals. Alpha-lipoic acid contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism. The caplet is an oblong tablet, resembling a hard gelatin capsule in appearance.

Recommended dose for daily intake : 2 (two) caplets daily with water.
