ONE CAPSULE CONTAINS:
L-Taurine 275 mg., magnesium (as magnesium citrate), pantothenic acid B5 50 mg, passionflower extract ( passiflora incarnata ) 50 mg, l-theanine 25 mg, niacin B3 (as nicotinamide) 20 mg NE, lemon balm extract ( Melissa officinalis ) 16.5 mg, vitamin B6 10 mg, folic acid 50 µg, vitamin B12 10 µg. Capsule composition: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE:
Take 1 capsule daily with water during meals.
