< > lavender oil ( Lavandula Angustifolia Mill.) Lavender has been used for centuries for relaxation. It is known for its relaxing properties and contributes to a restful sleep. Lavender essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the plant's flowers. The creators of LUNESTIL ® chose lavender essential oil to calm before sleep and make it easier to fall asleep.
< > Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata ) Passionflower originates from the warm parts of North and South America, where it was used by the Indians for calming and relaxation. Passionflower has been used in the Western world for good sleep quality and has been extensively researched. For the inner capsule of LUNESTIL ® 200 mg of Passiflora incarnata extract has been specially selected, which contributes to a healthy and restorative night's sleep.
• Melatonin
Our body has its own biological clock that regulates our normal sleep-wake cycle. This internal clock regulates how much melatonin our body produces. Melatonin levels rise in the evening and remain high for most of the night, before dropping sharply in the early morning. Melatonin production decreases gradually with age.
• Vitamin B6

The outer capsule of LUNESTIL® contains 80 mg of lavender oil ( Lavandula Angustifolia Mill .), which is released and absorbed soon after ingestion. The calming and relaxing properties of lavender prepare you for a good night's sleep.
The internal capsule of LUNESTIL® has extended release technology and gradually delivers the ingredients into the body approximately 1 hour after intake. In this way, the action of LUNESTIL ® continues after you have fallen asleep to ensure you a peaceful and quality sleep. The inner capsule contains passionflower, melatonin and vitamin B6.
DOSAGE:
For adults over 18 years old - 1 capsule daily 1 hour before bedtime. To be taken with water, with or without food. Do not take LUNESTIL® while lying down.
WARNINGS:
The use of LUNESTIL ® by pregnant and lactating women is not recommended due to lack of clinical data.
The nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature in original packaging.
Do not use LUNESTIL ® if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or have impaired liver function.
