TINCTURA Валериана 20ml GALEN PHARMA

Purpose: Has a beneficial effect in conditions of nervous tension, insomnia, tension. Stimulates the body after physical and/or mental stress. Stimulates the autonomic nervous system, relaxes and helps relieve tension.

How to use: 20 drops with a teaspoon or on a lump of sugar with a little liquid, 1-3 times a day. It can be taken with a little water.
Recommended daily dose: 60 drops (20 drops 1-3 times a day).
