The AdrenaSense® formula supports the adrenal glands, helps the body deal with stress and promotes good sleep.

It helps to recover from mental and physical stress and tension.

"Overloaded" adrenal glands lead to problems with sleep, sleep, mood, appetite, etc. When stressed, the adrenal glands release cortisol and adrenaline, hormones that cause an increased heart rate, sweaty palms, anxiety and even aggression—physical responses that help us cope with stress. Once the stress is gone, cortisol and adrenaline should be turned off, but chronic stress can leave them "on" all the time, leading to cellular damage and adrenal exhaustion.

AdrenaSense® contains natural adaptogens, herbs that help the body "adapt" to stress, including: Ashwagandha, Golden Root, Schizandra, Suma (also called Brazilian Ginseng) and Siberian Ginseng. These herbs can energize and calm while helping to reduce physical responses to stress.
