What is MELISINA?
MELISINA is a food supplement that has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, relieving nervous tension during the day and helping to have a peaceful and complete sleep at night.
What does MELISINA (single dose) contain?
20 drops – 1 ml (single dose) contain:
Valerian tincture, eq. per 66 mg valerian root;
Hawthorn tincture, eq. at 46.2 mg hawthorn leaf and flower;
Peppermint tincture, eq. per 16.5 mg of peppermint leaves;
Peppermint oil 16 mg.
Lemon balm liquid extract, eq. per 100 mg of lemon balm leaves.
Contains alcohol 68% vol.
MELISINA acts favorably in:

What is the recommended dosage of MELISINA?
It is recommended to take 20 drops with a teaspoon or on a lump of sugar with a little liquid up to 2-3 times a day - 60 drops (equivalent to: 198 mg of valerian root; 138.6 mg of leaves and flowers of hawthorn; 49.5 mg of peppermint leaves; oil spearmint 48 mg; lemon balm leaf 300 mg).
