ACTIONS AND APPLICATION:
Calms the excited nervous system and normalizes heart activity. The herbs Mint, Hawthorn and Valeriana have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system by normalizing its functions and increasing resistance to stress and insomnia.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE:
From 2 to 4 times a day, 1 teaspoon = 5 ml. If desired, it can be taken with water, milk, juice, etc. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily intake!
