• The recommended dose for daily intake contains :	amount / ½ tablet
  Melatonin	1.5 mg
  The beneficial effect of facilitating adaptation after travel is achieved with a minimum intake of 5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival.
