Of these, the most important are Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Only some foods contain these important fatty acids, for example: salmon, herring, sardines.
In order to obtain the necessary amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, we need to consume cold-water fish - at least 2 times a week. Many people, however, do not like fish or do not have the opportunity to eat it that often.
Doppelhertz active OMEGA-3 + Vitamin E capsules contain salmon oil with essential polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Vitamin E is known for its antioxidant properties. It protects cells from the action of free radicals and the product itself from oxidation.
One capsule of OMEGA-3 + Vitamin E contains 300 mg of OMEGA-3 fatty acids, 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
