BiFiDo Kids is a synbiotic – a combination of probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum) and prebiotic (Inulin). Probiotics are the beneficial microorganisms that naturally support digestion, the gastrointestinal flora and the child's immune system. The prebiotic supports and enhances the action of the probiotics. Prebiotics provide an environment with suitable pH and nutrients, favorable for the better development of probiotic bacteria.
Active ingredients, content in 1 tablet:
Lactobacillus acidophilus – 5 mg (1.5 billion live bacteria)
Bifidobacterium longum – 10 mg (1 billion live bacteria)
Inulin – 100 mg
Dosage and method of administration; 1 chewable tablet daily, 30 minutes before meals. When taking antibiotics at least 3 hours before or after taking them. For children under 3 years of age, only under parental supervision, due to the danger of suffocation. It is suitable for long-term use.
