Each Terranova nutritional supplement is fortified with a proprietary synergistic complex of phytonutrient-rich plants and foods called Magnifood. Magnifood ingredients are combined in a way that improves the body's biochemical environment to maximize the potential benefits of vitamins, minerals and/or other nutrients. Many of the plants used in Magnifood are fresh frozen and dried, as this process has the unique ability to preserve the enzymes in the plants and is superior to other food drying methods.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a specialist before use.

Lactobacillus casei Rosell-215 - 800 million CFU;
Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11 - 700 million CFU;
Lactobacillus acidophilus Rosell-52 - 500 million CFU;
Bifidobacterium lactis CHR Hansen BB-12 - 500 million CFU).
