Brown algae Fucus Vesiculosus and Ascophyllum Nodosum are harvested from the coastal region of Brittany in western France and have high bioavailability. These types of algae are rich in alginic acid, copper, selenium, sodium, sulfur, zinc, vitamin C, B vitamins and many other nutrients that contribute to the normal state of the thyroid gland.
