Purpose:

Magnesium contributes to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, to the electrolyte balance, to the course of metabolism and energy production, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the function of muscles, to the synthesis of proteins, to the maintenance of normal mental function and the condition of the bones and teeth, participates in the process of cell division. Magnesium is involved in muscle contraction and nerve function. At least half of the magnesium in a person's body is bound to calcium and phosphorus and is found in bones, the rest is in red blood cells, muscles and other soft tissues.

Vitamin B6 participates as a coenzyme activating the breakdown and utilization of carbohydrates, fats and proteins; facilitates the release of glycogen for energy from the liver and muscles; participates in the use of energy by the brain and nervous tissue; it is necessary for the regulation of the central nervous system and hormonal balance, and the optimal condition of the cardiovascular system.

Content in 1 tablet:

Magnesium (oxide) 133.3 mg;
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 8.33 mg,

Excipients: filler (dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and stearic acid of vegetable origin), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin), cellulose gum, colorant (titanium dioxide).

Method of use:

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Prolonged use of such a quantity of vitamin B6 may cause slight tingling/tingling/itching.

The product is also suitable for vegetarians.
It does not contain sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors.
