Vitamin D plays an important role in many functions of the bone system, and D3 (cholecalciferol) is its most bioavailable form. Specifically, vitamin D affects processes such as:

• the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus and maintaining the normal level of calcium in the blood
• maintenance of healthy bones, muscles, teeth
• cell division
• thyroid and parathyroid function
• the normal functioning of the nervous system
• the normal functioning of the immune system

Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food.

Storage:

To be stored in a dry and ventilated place, at a temperature of 15 - 30º C, away from light and moisture
