UroGard contains cranberry extract and probiotic bacteria.

Cranberry extract contains tannins. Tannins prevent bacteria from attaching to the walls of the urinary tract. Thus, bacteria cannot colonize and affect the normal functioning of the urinary tract.

Probiotic bacteria favor the action of cranberry extract. Probiotic bacteria settle in the gastrointestinal tract (urinary tract) and support the maintenance of normal microflora.

Recommended daily dose:

In adults and children over 12 years of age:

Take 1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening) for 10 consecutive days. After that, it is recommended to take 1 capsule daily.

It is recommended to drink water in the amount of 1.5-2 liters daily.

For children from 2 to 12 years:

Take 1 capsule daily (in the morning).

Concentrated cranberry extract - 500 mg

L. acidophilus – one of the most important bacteria in the human intestinal tract – 16 mg; L. rhamnosus - 16 mg; L. gasseri - 10 mg

1 (one) UroGard capsule contains:

Concentrated cranberry extract - 250 mg

L. acidophilus - one of the most important bacteria in the human intestinal tract - 8 mg; L. rhamnosus - 8 mg; L. gasseri - 5 mg

Also contains: capsule-forming agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (100 mg), anti-caking agent - calcium phosphate (87 mg), anti-caking agents - hydrolyzed corn starch (Nutriose®) and magnesium salts of fatty acids, stabilizer - silicon dioxide.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Useful tips:

Drink plenty of fluids while taking Urogard. After sex, drink water and try to urinate. Always use the cleanser from front to back after going to the toilet. When urged to urinate, do not hold urine for a long time, but try to go to the toilet immediately. Carefully clean the external parts of your urogenital system daily and always before and after sex. Use a shower instead of a bath. Use comfortable, loose-fitting underwear that is made mostly or entirely of cotton.
