GERICAPS® combines in its composition the fat-soluble vitamins A and E, which are valuable for the body, included in soybean oil, extracted without genetically modified organisms. Vitamin A /retinol palmitate/ actively supports the growth and regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes. Its intake maintains the amino acid balance and supports the synthesis of the visual pigment - rhodopsin. As a growth factor, it has a stimulating effect on the synthesis of sex hormones and corticosteroids.
Vitamin E /alpha-tocopherol acetate/ has significant antioxidant activity and protects against the accumulation of free radicals and their harmful effects on the body. The intake of Vitamin E helps to reduce the formation of blood clots, supports the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. It participates in the exchange of cholesterol and corticosteroids. It increases the body's immune resistance and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Full intestinal absorption of vitamin A is supported by vitamin E, thus they mutually enhance their action. They help to maintain an even ratio between free and bound cholesterol in the blood.
APPLICATION:
As a food supplement, GERICAPS® is designed to provide the body's daily physiological need for vitamin A. It is suitable for prevention of vitamin A and E deficiency in the following cases:
* with increasing weakening of vision;
* for keratoses on the skin and mucous membranes;
* to stimulate sexual activity;
* when the body's resistance to infections is weakened;
* in the case of disturbances in the growth of hair and nails;
* in hearing disorders;
* in case of disturbances in the critical age of men and women;
* in elderly people with myositis and muscular dystrophy;
* in sterility, enteritis, hematopathies, photophobia, periodontosis, gingivitis, acne, dyskeratoses.
Composition:
Contents of 1 soft gelatin capsule:
Vitamin A – 1,500 µg RE (retinyl palmitate 5,000 IU);
Vitamin E - 67 mg α-TE (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 100 IU).
Excipients: filler: soybean oil.
HOW TO USE:
Recommended intake of GERICAPS®:
For adults and children over 6 years: 1 capsule daily for 2 - 3 months.
Capsules are taken unchewed, with sufficient liquid during or after a meal.
