Jamieson's Valerian is a product designed to help with sleep problems and tense muscles. For many years, the herb valerian has been used traditionally as an anxiety reliever and sedative. It has many advantages over pharmaceutical sleep products and sedatives because it does not alter the brain waves that occur as part of normal dreams. For this reason, the sleep you get after using valerian is just as restful as normal sleep. The product relieves muscle spasms, the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, helps to calm the nerves, as well as for healthy and better sleep.
Ingredients in 1 capsule:
Valerian root extract (Valeriana offcinalis) (3:1) 133.34 mg, equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb.
Daily dose: 3 capsules.
Composition mg daily dose: Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) 3:1 400 mg, equivalent to 1200 mg of dried herb.
If you have trouble sleeping for more than 3 weeks, consult a doctor. Not to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as with alcohol and other sedatives. Do not operate heavy machinery for at least 2 hours after administration.
Does not contain: lactose, gluten, salt, artificial flavorings and preservatives.
How to use: Dose for adults: 1 to 3 capsules before going to bed. For temporary use only.
