Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and our body cannot store it. It cannot even synthesize it, and that is why it must continuously come from the outside, as part of the food or - as part of the composition of supplements to it. Also called vitamin B7 and vitamin H (from the German words Haar 'hair' and Haut 'skin'), biotin plays a role in the production of keratin – the main structural protein of our hair, skin and nails. Biotin is also a building block of several enzymes, where it plays the role of a coenzyme and participates in energy metabolism. It is relatively resistant to high temperature, light and oxygen, but different methods of heat treatment of food can destroy it. This leads to the conclusion that less processed food may contain more biotin.

Method of use:
It is taken as a food supplement for adults, 1 capsule per day with food.

biotin (as d-biotin) 300 mcg (600%).
Does not contain:
wheat, gluten, soy, yeast, dairy products, gelatin or animal ingredients, added substances, sugar, colors, flavors or preservatives.
