Jamieson Vitamin B 12 Methylcobalamin / Jamieson Vitamin B12 100 mcg x 100 tablets

Purpose:
Increases energy. Supports the nervous system.

Action:
Supports DNA synthesis. Increases energy. Helps the growth and protection of nerve tissue. It favors the normal activity of the nervous system. Jamieson Vitamin B12 is fast acting.

Composition:
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin):

1 tablet = 100 μg

½ tablet = 50 μg

Also contains: emulsifier (cellulose), hardener (dicalcium phosphate), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), filler (silicon), thickener (maltodextrin), flavoring (acacia resin, vegetable juice), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Method of use:
1/2 tablet daily during meals.
