Recommended daily dose:
For children over 3 years of age, 200 mg (1 sachet) daily. For adults over 18 years of age, 200 mg up to
600 mg (1-3 sachets) daily.

3 sachets (adults) Vitamin C 600 mg, 750% PFA*
*SPC recommended dietary intake for adults Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive use may cause a laxative effect.
