Recommended daily dose:

For children over 3 years old, 200 mg (1 sachet) daily. For adults over 18 years old, 200 mg up to

600 mg (1-3 sachets) daily.

1 sachet (children) Vitamin C 200 mg, 250% PCF* in one sachet

3 sachets (adults) Vitamin C 600 mg, 750% RDI*

*RDA recommended dietary intake for adults. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive use may cause a laxative effect.
