Recommended daily dose: for adults, 1 tablet per day after a meal. It is taken orally.

Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose E460; magnesium stearate; colloidal, anhydrous silica. Film coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide E171, red iron oxide E172.
Free of sweeteners, wheat, lactose, nuts, fish, gluten and sugar.
