Recommended daily dose: for adults, 1 tablet per day after meals. Take orally.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 500 mg and 19.4 mg zinc oxide (providing 15 mg zinc).
Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose E460; magnesium stearate; colloidal anhydrous silica. Film coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, titanium dioxide E171, red iron oxide E172.
It does not contain sweeteners, wheat, lactose, nuts, fish, gluten and sugar.
No artificial flavors or preservatives. Non-GMO. Suitable for vegetarians.
