Evening primrose oil contains Omega 6 unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The product is very suitable for use with sick ΠMC, because it relieves the symptoms and relieves the inflammation in the breast cloud. Active ingredients:
One capsule contains Evening Primrose Oil (Linoleic acid 375 mg, Gamma linolenic acid 50 mg), vitamin E (d-alphatocopherol) 3.64 mg
Dosage:
For premenstrual syndrome /PMS/ - 4 caps. daily from 5 to 10 days before the cycle. During the rest of the time, one or two capsules are sufficient.
In case of menopause - 2 capsules provide the necessary 100mg of GLA to maintain the hormonal balance in the body.
For eczema, acne, dermatitis, dry, sensitive and dehydrated skin - in severe conditions - 4 caps. daily. For a better effect, the affected areas can be treated externally with the oil from the capsule. In milder conditions and to maintain beautiful skin, 1-2 caps. are enough.
Allergies - to control the initial symptoms, 4 capsules daily. For maintenance therapy - 1-2 capsules per day.
Reproductive problems - 4 capsules daily with liquids. Prim oil should only be taken from menstruation to ovulation. It is interrupted and reception is started again on the first day of the next menstruation.
For all other problems described above - from 2 to 4 capsules per day according to the condition.

Warnings:
If you are being treated with any of the following medications you should not use Prim oil.
Phenothizines - those taking the phenothiazine class (such as chlorpromazine, fluphenazine, perphenazine, promazine, and thioridazine) to treat schizophrenia should not take evening primrose because of the risk of seizures.
Other possible interactions - nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs and herbs.
Although extremely rare, some side effects such as nausea, stomach pain, upset stomach or headache could occur.
Omega 6 fatty acids should not be used in epilepsy or single epileptic seizures as they could induce them.
Do not take with blood problems.
The product is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
