KIKI HEALTH Body Biotics - SBO Bacterial Cultures - 30 capsules
A combination of soil organisms that are activated upon ingestion and effectively colonize the gut with beneficial balanced cultures. Body Biotics™ mimic nature as closely as possible to provide the full benefit of real bacterial cultures. Dried naturally (not by freezing), they are dormant as in nature, waiting to be absorbed by a liquid medium - such as water or juice - so that they can start developing and multiplying again.

Method of use:
For adults: 30 minutes before meals, with 250 ml of water. Do not take with hot drinks.
Start with 1 capsule daily and increase each week by 1 capsule until you are taking 2-3 capsules daily. Increase to 6 capsules as needed or as directed by a physician. For daily needs, 2-3 capsules per day are sufficient.
Ingredients:
Bacillus Subtilis , Bacillus Licheniformis , Lactobacillus Acidophilus , Lactobacillus Casei , Lactobacillus Plantarum , Lactobacillus Rhamnosus , Lactococcus Lactis , Bifidobacterium Bifidum (symbiotically mixed in a humic and fulvic acid medium), plant cellulose capsule (HPMC).
