Milk thistle has long been known for its beneficial effect on liver activity. It is believed that the active ingredient to which it owes its properties is silymarin - this is a flavonoid complex found in the highest concentration in the seeds of the plant. Sea buckthorn seeds are too hard for direct consumption, but they are convenient to take in powder form - with a light nutty aftertaste. Triphala translates from Sanskrit as "three fruits" and as its name suggests, this traditional formula consists of three dried fruits in equal parts. It has a beneficial effect on the functions of the digestive and excretory systems.
Ingredients:
Milk Thistle Powder (53%), Erythritol (19.5%), Schizandra Powder (15%), Triphala Powder (6%), Natural Orange Flavor (5%), Turmeric Powder (1%), Steviol glucosides (0.5%).
Method of use:
Add 5-10 g (1-2 tsp) of the mix to a glass of water and mix well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, unless prescribed by a doctor. The product is not a substitute for a varied and rational diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
