Method of use:

turmeric root ( Curcuma longa ) powder 400mg - freshly frozen and dried;
ginger root ( Zingiber officinale ) powder 200mg - fresh frozen and dried;
vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) 118mg.
