Blue Spirulina Powder is a natural deep blue pigment called phycocyanin or phycocyanin C that is naturally present in the C-cyanobacteria and blue-green algae like spirulina from which it is extracted. Water-soluble blue fine powder is a food ingredient that, when mixed with food or drinks, colors them an intense blue. Blue spirulina phycocyanin powder can be used as a natural food pigment to add an interesting color and enviable appearance to prepared foods. Non-GMO.

Method of use:

1/2 tsp. (1 gram). Use to make impressive blue pastries, cakes and ice cream. Color whipped cream for hot drinks and coffee or make blue pasta. Do not use if you are allergic to the product.
