Spirulina are unicellular blue-green algae that grow naturally in tropical and subtropical freshwater. These floating cyanobacteria are thought to be one of the oldest forms of life on Earth. Dried and consumed as food in various parts of the world for centuries, today spirulina is extremely popular as a dietary supplement.
Method of use:
The recommended daily dose is 1 tsp. per day. If you have not used spirulina before, we recommend that you start with a small dose and gradually increase the amount until you reach 1 teaspoon. Consume in the morning in a shake or freshly squeezed juice. Spirulina can be added to sweet and savory foods such as desserts, soups, sauces.
The product is a food supplement. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied and rational diet. It is not intended for diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
