MUCOSOLVAN DUO lozenges with Icelandic lichen, alum, strawberry and mint are a real natural balm for your throat with a double effect:

Active ingredients:
Icelandic lichen extract has a soothing effect on the mucous membrane of the throat. The contained glue forms a protective film on the inflammation, preventing further irritation or worsening of the condition.
The second active component is alum - a natural mineral that, through its astringent effect, acts as a barrier against microbes and infections, helping to protect the throat from further discomfort and inflammation.
Actions of MUKOSOLVAN DUO:
supports the treatment of a sore throat (including dryness, itching and scratching);

MUCOSOLVAN DUO acts as a natural balm that helps to soothe coughing fits and relieve a sore throat. Contains Icelandic lichen and alum. It helps break the cycle of throat discomfort and dry cough. Soothes the inflamed oral and pharyngeal mucosa. It relieves the symptoms of dry cough and its attacks.
2. What you need to know before you take MUCOSOLVAN DUO
Do not use MUCOSOLVAN DUO if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Icelandic lichen, alum or any of the other ingredients of the medical device.
Always inform your doctor if you have persistent and unexplained throat problems.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Based on the available information, there is no reason to limit the use / intake of MUCOSOLVAN DUO during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is advisable to ask your doctor before using the medical device.
Use in children
MUKOSOLVAN DUO is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
Use in persons with diabetes
MUCOSOVAN DUO IS SUITABLE for diabetics. Each tablet contains 0.062 BU (bread units) (1 bread unit corresponds to 12 g of digestible carbohydrates).
Important information about some of the ingredients of MUCOSOLVAN DUO
MUCOSOLVAN DUO contains sorbitol, which can have a laxative effect. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicinal product. MUCOSOLVAN DUO contains alum, which is a source of aluminum. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, as well as people on dialysis, should consult their doctor before taking this product.

How to take MUCOSOLVAN DUO
Adults and children over 6 years: up to 8 lozenges daily, depending on your individual needs.
MUCOSOLVAN DUO is intended for short-term use and should not be taken for more than 30 days without consulting a doctor. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen, as well as in case of fever and/or other complaints.
If you take more MUCOSOLVAN DUO than you should
Excessive consumption of the medicinal product may have a laxative effect.

No side effects associated with taking MUCOSOLVAN DUO have been observed. However, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you get any.
5. How to store MUCOSOLVAN DUO
Keep the medical device out of the reach of children.
Do not use MUCOSOLVAN DUO after the expiry date marked on the box and tube.

MUCOSOLVAN DUO is available in tubes of 18 tablets.
Each tablet contains: 1058 mg sorbitol.
Other ingredients: sorbitol, silicon dioxide, flavor (strawberry, frescofort, mint), talc polyethylene glycol, xanthan gum, beetroot, magnesium stearate.
