Bronchostop Spray is a medicinal product for the treatment of mouth and throat inflammations such as sore throat, hoarseness and swallowing problems due to colds. Contains thyme and sage extract. The essential oils in the active substances have a disinfecting effect. The tannins in the active substances have an astringent and local anti-inflammatory effect.

How to take BRONHOSTOP spray
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, use 1 to 2 sprays in the mouth and throat, 2-4 times a day.
- Lift the rotating nozzle of the pump at right angles to the bottle (see drawing).
- Direct the top of the spray to the desired application site in the mouth. Even hard-to-reach places (eg tooth pockets) can be easily reached with the pump tip.
- Spray BRONCHOSTOP spray on the painful areas by pressing once or twice.
- Close the pump after each application by turning the nozzle in the opposite direction (see drawing).
Use in children and adolescents
Due to a lack of sufficient data, the use of this medicine in children and adolescents is not recommended.
Duration of application
If symptoms worsen or do not improve for up to 7 days, a doctor's consultation is necessary.
If you have taken more than the required dose of BRONHOSTOP spray
Cases of overdose have been reported after taking doses corresponding to more than 15 g of sage leaves. In this case, you may experience:
- feeling of warmth;
- rapid heart rate;
- dizziness;
- seizures (convulsions).
In case of significant overdose, contact your doctor. He will advise you to take action if necessary.

What Bronchostop Spray contains
The active substances are:
sage, liquid leaf extract, thyme, liquid stem extract.
The other ingredients are: peppermint, liquid leaf extract, menthol, saccharin sodium (E954), hydroxypropylcellulose, ethanol (alcohol) (60%), purified water.
1 g contains:
0.32 g Sage (Salviae off.), liquid leaf extract
0.32 g Garden thyme (Thymus vulg. / Thymus zyg.), liquid stem extract
1 spray = 126 mg = 0.14 ml.
