Melatonin is naturally present in the human body and is responsible for the onset of sleep and its quality, as well as for the normal rhythm of wakefulness and sleep in accordance with the daily cycle of light and darkness. With age, the synthesis of melatonin permanently decreases, which is the cause of insomnia and poor sleep quality.
Melatonin Medica 1 mg is designed to support sleep and improve its quality. It does not lead to habituation and morning sleepiness. Lozenges ensure faster absorption and action of the active ingredient compared to regular tablets. Mint flavored.
