Food supplement for healthy and restful sleep with melatonin (5 mg), passion flower, hops, magnesium and Vitamin B6.
Melatonin contributes to the easier adaptation of the body after a trip with a change of time zones, to shortening the time to fall asleep to regulate the natural 24-hour wakefulness-sleep cycle.
Passionflower : maintains calmness and full sleep, resistance to stress. The calming effect of passionflower affects the quality of sleep, helps with insomnia and "turns off" the brain at night. In states of stress, anxiety and insomnia, it calms brain activity. It is effective in lowering blood pressure (by reducing anxiety and stress).
Hops: It has a beneficial effect on the nervous system - it has a calming effect. Contributes to a peaceful sleep - has a soporific effect; with nervousness, insomnia, irritability, vegetative dystonia, etc. the active ingredients of hops have a calming and antidepressant effect.

Composition:
Passiflora extract (Passiflora incarnata); filler: microcrystalline cellulose; hop extract (Humulus lupulus); magnesium oxide; for the white shell: thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, color: titanium dioxide, hardener: talc, thickener: hydroxypropyl cellulose, medium chain triglycerides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; melatonin; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Method of use:
1 tablet daily before sleep, if necessary.
The tablet is taken whole with a sufficient amount of water.

Contraindications
Contraindications: pregnant and lactating women; with immune disorders (previous and present); liver diseases; stroke; diabetes.
To be taken with caution by people with hormonal, liver, kidney, brain (migraine, depression) complaints, high blood pressure.
The product may interact with immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, nifedipine, sedatives/hypnotics, hypotensive (lower blood pressure) medications. It may affect reflexes when driving and operating machinery during the first 5 hours of administration
