ANAFTIN gel 12% 8 ml
Anaphtin® gel helps relieve pain caused by mouth sores, e.g. those due to aphthous stomatitis, aphthous ulcers, as well as sores from braces and uncomfortable dentures. It is also used for diffuse aphthous ulcers.
Mode of action:
Anaphtin® gel contains polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and hyaluronic acid, which form a protective film that adheres to the oral cavity, providing a mechanical barrier to the affected areas, thus relieving pain caused by exposed nerve endings. The hyaluronic acid and Aloe vera in the composition help the natural healing of damaged tissues.
Instructions for use:
Apply 1 or 2 drops of the gel to cover the entire canker sore or sore in the mouth. Avoid direct contact of the applicator with the sore. Do not touch the sore with your tongue for at least 2 minutes to allow the protective film to form. Close the cap after each application. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 1 hour after application.
Use 3-4 times daily or more often if necessary.

Each tube of Anaphthin® gel should be used by only one patient to avoid cross-contamination of the applicator and the gel. The use of Anaphthin® gel is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor before using the product. If you suffer from frequent mouth ulcers, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
Precautions and warnings:
Do not use after the expiry date or if the tube appears damaged or leaking. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat. Do not freeze.
