What is the product and what is its purpose?
Cicatridin is an ointment based on hyaluronic acid that adheres to the nasal mucosa, forming a film that protects against external factors and pathogens.
Hyaluronic acid hydrates and favors natural tissue repair processes by retaining physiologically available water.
In addition, thanks to the presence of plant extracts and sweet almond oil, Cicatridina ointment has a lubricating and emollient effect that relieves dry and irritated mucous membranes.
Indications:
Cicatridin nasal ointment has a lubricating and softening effect. Contributes to maintaining the hydration of the nasal mucosa in case of dryness and irritation, even in the presence of crusts, due to:
- specific environmental conditions;
- pharmacological treatment;
- diseases such as rhinitis and/or sinusitis.
It is also an additional means supporting the natural re-epithelialization and recovery processes of the nasal mucosa after surgical interventions, superficial lesions and epistaxis. It has a protective and moisturizing effect that prevents the formation of crusts. It is also a suitable product in cases of dryness and irritation of the perinasal area.
Ingredients: Hyaluronic Acid Sodium Salt, Centella Asiatica, Calendula, Aloe Vera, Sweet Almond Oil, BHT, Vitamin E Acetate, Propylene Glycol, White Vaseline, Liquid Paraffin, Castor Oil, Carnauba Wax, Benzalkonium Chloride.
When should the product not be used?
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the components.

How should the product be used?
Wash your hands before using the medical device.
Dispense a sufficient amount of product on your finger depending on the size of the affected area and gently apply a thin layer of the cream inside the nostrils and/or in the perinasal area.
When and for how long is the product used?
Adults and children: Apply two, three times a day or as directed by your doctor.
The duration of use depends on the development of symptoms.
Cicatridine nasal ointment can be used at any time of the day.
Adverse effects:

Warnings:
