EASY Test Pregnancy Test TAPE x 1
Easy HCG Test strip for early detection of pregnancy
Easy HCG Test is a three-layer immuno-diagnostic test for early detection of pregnancy. The hCG test can detect levels of 25 mlU/ml and above. In a normal pregnancy, the level of the HCG hormone can reach 50 mlU/ml, at the earliest 7 days after conception. When urine is added to the test block, it moves across it and mobilizes the gold-bound HCG conjugate that coats the test block. The resulting mixture moves along the membrane by capillarity and interacts with the antibodies of the anti-HCG antibody with which the test area is covered. If HCG levels of 25 mlU/ml or more are present, the result is the appearance of a colored band in this area. If there is no HCG hormone present in the sample, the area remains colorless. The urine continues to move along the control area and turns it from pink to purple, which means that the test is working and the result is valid. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a glycoprotein hormone that is produced by the developing placenta shortly after fertilization. The appearance of HCG in the urine soon after conception and the further increase in its concentration during early pregnancy make it an ideal marker for the timely detection of pregnancy.

How to use Easy HCG Test strip for early detection of pregnancy.
Sampling:
1. Urine samples can be taken at any time of the day. Normally, morning urine contains the highest level of HCG hormone.
2. Collect the urine samples in clean, dry, plastic or glass containers.
3. Samples may be refrigerated for up to 72 hours prior to testing. A sample sitting in a refrigerator should be warmed to room temperature and mixed well before testing.
Quality control:
1. The control section is an internal reagent and has a control function. It will appear if the test has been performed correctly and the reagents have reacted.
Gluttony:
For the test strip:
1. Remove the test strip from the packaging.
2. Dip the strip into the urine with the arrow on the strip pointing towards the sample. The urine level should not be higher than that of the arrow.
3. You can leave the strip in the urine or remove it after a minimum of 20 seconds, then place it on a flat non-absorbent surface.
4. The result is read between 3 and 10 minutes after removing the strip from the urine.
Reporting the results:
Positive: If two colored bands appear after 3 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Note: In samples containing very low levels of HCG hormone, the two colored bands may appear after 10 minutes.
Negative: If no colored band appears in the test section, but only in the control section, the result is negative and valid.
Invalid result: The result is invalid if no color band appears in the control area. The sample should be retested using a new test.
Contraindications:
1. There are several factors besides pregnancy, such as trophoblastic and non-trophoblastic neoplasm, that can cause high levels of HCG hormone. These factors should be taken into account after the necessary clinical studies.
2. Diluted urine samples may contain trace levels of HCG hormone that will not be sufficient to give a positive result. If there are still doubts about pregnancy, after 24-48 hours the first morning urine is taken from the patient and the test is performed again.
3. As with all diagnostic tests, an accurate clinical diagnosis cannot be based on the result of a single test alone. It can only be given by a doctor after thorough clinical and laboratory tests.
Attention:
To be used only for in vitro diagnostics.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Do not open the sealed foil until you are ready for the test.
The test kit should be stored at a temperature of up to 30 C. Do not freeze.
Treat all samples taken as potentially infectious.
High levels of HCG hormone are observed in patients with chorionic carcinoma and neotrophoblastic neoplasm.
