Tips for use
• Elderly, young people (> 12 years), pregnant and nursing women: After blowing the nose, spray 1 to 4 sprays in each nostril, 1 to 5 times a day.
• Children 6 to 12 years: After blowing your nose, 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 1 to 5 times a day.
• Children from 3 to 6 years: After blowing the nose, 1 spray per nostril, 1 to 5 times a day.
• If symptoms persist after 10 days, consult your doctor.
