Exemestane Zentiva is indicated as adjuvant therapy in postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive invasive early breast cancer (ERBC), following initial adjuvant treatment with tamoxifen for 2-3 years. Exemestane Zentiva is indicated for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in women with natural or induced menopause whose disease has progressed after anti-estrogen therapy.
