Dill oil has a calming, slightly hypnotic effect. It is used for problems with appetite, digestion, menstruation, and wound healing. Regenerates mature skin and helps fight wrinkles.
Method of application: Externally
Inhalations: 3 k. fennel oil in 2 liters of water for 10 minutes - for colds, sore throats, coughs, bronchitis, laryngitis, insomnia, to stimulate digestion.
Massage: for cellulite, premenstrual syndrome, arthrosis, aging skin and wrinkles on the face, for reduced muscle tone, to increase and tighten the bust - 50 ml of almond oil with 50 k. fennel.
Face mask: for dry and aging skin 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. copper and 5 k. dill or 2 tbsp. huma, 1 tbsp. almond oil, 4 tbsp. water and 5 k. fennel.
Others: in case of inflammation of the gums and against bad breath, it is recommended to gargle without swallowing - 100 ml of water, 1 tbsp. brandy and 5 k. fennel. Prevention of teeth and oral cavity - 1 k each. fennel on toothpaste in the evening. During menopause, fennel oil can be used as an estrogen replacement, but it should not be overdone with long-term use – moderate doses have a good effect. In case of hemorrhoids - smearing the hemorrhoidal nodes with a mixture of "Neven" cream and 2 tbsp. fennel oil 2 times a day. The intense smell of fennel helps with lack of appetite.
