Cypress oil refreshes, tones, deodorizes. It gives rise to optimism and helps to overcome emotional traumas. It is effective as a care for oily skin and excessive sweating.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: 2 pcs. cypress per 20 ml of water or 1 tsp. cypress and 1 c. lavender in 20 ml of water - has a calming effect.
Inhalation: 1 — 2 k. cypress for 4 - 7 min. - for nervous tension, stress, insomnia, cold, cough.
Cold inhalation: 3 k. on a handkerchief - soothes, restores emotional balance, eliminates frequent mood swings, irritability.
Massage: in very small doses - 1 k. cypress and 2 k. lavender per 50 ml base oil or 1 tsp. cypress and 1 c. sandalwood per 50 ml base oil - for bad skin odor, tingling, nervous tension, excessive sweating.
