Chemical composition: terpenes, pinene, cineol, myrcene, sesquiterpenes, esters of isovaleric acid, xanthones, etc.

Aroma: tart, balsamic

St. John's wort essential oil has a calming effect on states of depression, sadness, and sleep problems. It is used for indigestion, swelling, wounds and abrasions. Regenerates, softens and smoothes the skin, revitalizes the hair.

Method of application: Externally

Aroma lamp: 3-5 drops of St. John's wort essential oil added to the aroma lamp have a soothing, relaxing, antidepressant effect.

Inhalations: 2-3 drops of St. John's wort essential oil are added to a liter of boiling water, the vapors are inhaled for 5-10 minutes, up to twice a day. They have a beneficial effect in acute inflammatory processes of the upper respiratory tract, rhinitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis.

Bath: 7-10 drops of St. John's wort essential oil, on an emulsifier (soda, salt) are added to the water, the body is immersed for 10 minutes, without the head, neck and upper chest. It has a relaxing effect, relieves headaches and migraines, improves mood. Beneficially affects skin damage, burns, abscesses, hard-to-heal wounds and rheumatic pains.

Massage: 20 drops of St. John's wort essential oil are mixed with 55 ml. base oil (almond, wheat germ, apricot kernels, grape seeds, jojoba, macadamia and others) Recommended for hard-to-heal wounds, eczema, burns, bruises.

Face mask: Regenerates, softens and smoothes the skin 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 egg yolk and 3 drops of St. John's wort essential oil.
