Ginger oil has a warming, stimulating, arousing aroma and acts as an aphrodisiac. It is used for problems with appetite and digestion, for nausea and vomiting, for swelling and pain in muscles and joints, for colds, coughs and sore throats.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: 2 pcs. ginger in an aroma lamp - for runny nose, colds, sore throat - as a bactericide and nasal decongestant; when coughing - as an expectorant; in case of overtiredness - has a tonic effect. For aromatizing rooms - 1 pc. of ginger and one of the citrus oils - orange, tangerine or grapefruit, or 1 c. of ginger and 1 tbsp. cinnamon.
Inhalation: 1 c. cinnamon, 1 c. eucalyptus for 3 min. - for colds
Aroma medallion: 6 k. ginger - for fatigue and apathy, increases attention concentration, acts as an aphrodisiac; for nausea in the means of transport, morning sickness or hangover - aroma medallion with 3 k. ginger helps overcome unpleasant sensations.
Bath: in case of fatigue and nervous tension - 2 k. ginger or 1 tsp. ginger, 1 c. bergamot and 1 c. orange in 1 glass of milk in a bath with a temperature of 28 - 35 °C lasting 10-15 minutes - tones, improves memory; 3 k. ginger and 3 c. lavender on 1 tsp. salt in a bath with a temperature of 28 - 35 °C for 15 minutes in the evening - cleanses the body of toxins.
Massage: 3 k. ginger per 25 ml base oil (almond, apricot kernel, grape seed) or 2 tbsp. ginger and 2 tbsp. patchouli per 30 ml base oil - strengthens male potency, warms, excites, gives determination and faith in one's abilities; in case of fatigue and physical weakness - 2 k. ginger, 1 c. sage, 1 c. cyparia per 50 ml base oil.
In case of sports injuries: compresses with 3 k. ginger mixed with 25 ml of base oil relieves pain in sprained joints and stretched muscles, in rheumatism; helps to remove bruises faster.
Face mask for oily, acne-prone skin: per 20 ml of jojoba oil - 3 k. lavender, 2 pcs. ginger, 1 c. bergamot - cleans, removes inflammatory processes, tones and helps shrink pores.
Against foot fungus: to 50 ml of base oil (grape seed, jojoba, wheat germ) add 3 tbsp. tea tree, 3 k. lavender, 3 pcs. ginger, 1 c. juniper. The feet are massaged twice a day.
The oil is also suitable for flavoring bait with a longer effect, especially in combination with milk flavorings.
