Aroma: exotic camphor, spicy, with a hint of lemon.

Ginger oil has a warming, stimulating, arousing aroma, and also acts as an aphrodisiac. It is used for problems with appetite, digestion, nausea and vomiting, swelling and pain in muscles and joints, colds, coughs, and sore throats.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: 2 tsp. ginger in an aroma lamp - for runny nose, colds, sore throats - as a bactericidal and nasal decongestant; for coughs - as an expectorant; for fatigue - it has a tonic effect. For room aromatization - 1 tsp. ginger and one of the citrus oils - orange, tangerine or grapefruit, or 1 tsp. ginger and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Inhalation: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp eucalyptus for 3 min. - for colds
Aroma medallion: 6 c. ginger - for fatigue and apathy, increases concentration, acts as an aphrodisiac; for nausea in vehicles, morning sickness or hangover - an aroma medallion with 3 c. ginger helps overcome unpleasant sensations.
Bath: for fatigue and nervous tension - 2 tsp. ginger or 1 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. bergamot and 1 tsp. orange in 1 cup of milk in a bath with a temperature of 28 - 35 °C for 10-15 minutes - tones, improves memory; 3 tsp. ginger and 3 tsp. lavender on 1 tsp. salt in a bath with a temperature of 28 - 35 °C for 15 minutes in the evening - cleanses the body of toxins.
Massage: 3 tsp ginger per 25 ml base oil (almond, apricot kernel, grape seed) or 2 tsp ginger and 2 tsp patchouli per 30 ml base oil - enhances male potency, warms, excites, gives determination and faith in one's abilities; for overwork and physical weakness - 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp sage, 1 tsp cyparium per 50 ml base oil.
For sports injuries: compresses with 3 tsp. ginger mixed with 25 ml of carrier oil relieve pain from sprained joints and strained muscles, rheumatism; helps bruises heal faster.
Face mask for oily, acne-prone skin: per 20 ml of jojoba oil - 3 tsp lavender, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp bergamot - cleanses, removes inflammatory processes, tones and helps shrink pores.
Against foot fungus: to 50 ml of base oil (grape seed, jojoba, wheat germ) add 3 tsp. tea tree, 3 tsp. lavender, 3 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. juniper. Massage the feet 2 times a day.
The oil is also suitable for flavoring bait with a longer-lasting effect, especially in combination with milk flavorings.
