Juniper oil is an excellent means of purifying the spirit and body. It gives confidence, faith in one's own strength, helps to overcome past emotional traumas. It is useful for poor blood circulation, fluid retention, inflammatory processes of the excretory system, muscle and joint pain, arthritis and rheumatism. It is used as a care for oily skin, acne, in the fight against cellulite and dandruff.

Method of application: Externally

Inhalation: for coughs and inflammations of the larynx, tuberculosis, severe infectious diseases, warm inhalation is recommended - in 2 liters of boiling water, 5 k. juniper and inhale for 10 min.

Massage: for rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica, lumbago, a massage with 50 ml of almond oil, 20 k. juniper, 10 k. rosemary, 5 c. lavender and 5 c. lemon.

Bath: for cystitis, inflammation of the urogenital organs, painful urination, kidney stones: sitting bath with 8 k. juniper, 2 c. orange and 2 c. lemon. In case of problems with potency - 8 k. juniper or 6 c. juniper and 2 c. mint. For cellulite: 8 k. juniper, 2 c. orange, 2 pcs. lemon. Cleansing the body of toxins: per 1 bath 6 k. juniper and 5 c. rosemary at 35-39 C for 10-20 min.

Sauna: removes toxins from the body - 8 k. juniper in 500 ml of water.

Mask: to remove dandruff, a hair mask is recommended - 50 ml of almond oil with 40 k. juniper. Rinse water against greasy hair - 0.5 l of water with 10 k. juniper. Face masks: 1 tbsp. almond oil, 4 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. huma and 5 k. juniper - astringent or 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. water and 5 k. juniper – anti-inflammatory.

Other: For white discharge, prepare an aroma bandage (aroma tampon) 10 ml of almond oil and 10 k. juniper, putting 7-10 drops of the mixture on the bandage (tampon). To treat wounds, prepare a mixture of 50 ml of almond oil and 30 k. juniper.

Attention! Highly concentrated! Store at 7-25 C. Keep it well closed and out of reach of children! When applying to mucous membranes - dilute with base oil!
