Lemon oil refreshes, invigorates, creates a mood, banishes bad thoughts. It helps to strengthen concentration, attention and working capacity. Increases the body's resistance. It is suitable for oily and aging skin. Shrinks pores, whitens and improves skin tone. It is excellent hair care, making it vibrant, shiny and fighting dandruff.

Method of application: Externally

Aroma lamp: the essential oil is dripped into the water of the aroma lamp. The air in the room is permanently scented. It creates coziness and a fresh mood. With nervous tension, for concentration of attention - 4 k. lemon, 2 tbsp. rosemary, 2 c. lavender, when overtired - 4 k. lemon, 4 c. lavender, for depression - 4 k. lemon, 4 c. mint.

Inhalation: For general physical and mental exhaustion, fatigue, bronchitis, sinusitis, headache, colds - 2-3 k. lemon to 1 cup of boiled water. Vapors are inhaled for 5-7 min.

Gargle: For angina, laryngitis, pharyngitis - 3 k. lemon drops on a spoonful of baking soda and mixed with a glass of warm water.

Bleeding: In case of bleeding and inflammation of the gums - per 10 ml of water - 3 k. lemon.

Massage: For muscle pain, rheumatism, varicose and varicose veins - 30 k. lemon mixed with 50 ml of almond oil - massage the feet and legs. In case of stress - 20 k. lemon, 10 k. sage with 50 ml base oil of your choice (grape seeds, almond) – the whole body is massaged. To normalize bowel activity, in case of constipation - 10 k. lemon and 10 k. rosemary with 30 ml of almond oil - massage the stomach clockwise.

Spreading: For colds - a mixture of 1 tbsp. olive oil with 2 tbsp. lemon, rosemary, thyme - under the jaws (10 times from the middle of the beard to the ears and back), over the trachea, bronchi, back. In case of temperature conditions, chills - with a mixture of 1 tbsp. olive oil, 5 k. lavender, 4 pcs. lemon, 1 tbsp. thyme is smeared on the body, hands, feet 1-2 times a day. For hemorrhoids - a mixture of 2 k. lemon, 2 tbsp. rosemary and 20 ml of wheat germ - 2 times a day.

Bath: Invigorates, lowers high blood pressure, stimulates the immune system, for all infectious diseases, headaches, for cellulite - 3-5 k. lemon at 35-39° C for 10-15 min.

Face mask: Cleansing, whitening - 2 tbsp. wheat germ, 1 tbsp. copper, 5 k. lemon. For acne and pigment spots - 5 k. lemon to 5 ml of apricot kernel oil.

Others: For nosebleeds – 1 q. lemon on a pad soaked in cold water and squeezed. It is placed in the nose and removed 2 hours after the bleeding stops. In case of insect bites - smearing with pure lemon oil.
