Lemon grass essential oil tones, invigorates, gives rise to optimism. It is useful as a care for oily skin and hair and prevents excessive oiliness. Repels insects.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: 5-8 k. lemon grass or a combination of 2 c. lavender, 2 pcs. lemon grass and 2 tbsp. Eucalyptus – acts as a general tonic, deodorizer, air purifier, insect repellant.
Inhalation: 5 k. lemon grass in 2 liters of boiled water for 10 minutes - for colds, fatigue, cough.
Bath: 6-10 k. lemon grass or 2 pcs. lavender, lemongrass and orange on an emulsifier - salt, soda at a temperature of 28-35°C for 10 minutes - for stress, tones, invigorates, soothes.
Massage: massage oil with 10 ml of almond, 2 tbsp. lavender, 2 pcs. tea bush and 1 k. lemon grass. It has an invigorating and calming effect.
Face mask: for normal and oily facial skin, for daily use, a massage oil prepared with 10 ml of almond, 2 tsp. juniper, 2 c. bergamot and 1 c. lemon grass - 2 tsp per 30 ml of almond oil lemon grass. For problem skin: 10 ml of almond oil 2 k. sage, 1 c. lemon grass and 1 c. yarrow.
