What is Sunny Vit?
Sunny Vit is a patented microencapsulated Vitamin D3 (CapsuDar D3), of LycoRed Bio Ltd. - Israel. The specific encapsulation is made from cellulose derivatives in which Vitamin E is added for antioxidant protection. This technology increases the absorbability and resistance of the Vitamin D used in Sunny Vit.

Information about Vitamin D3
Vitamin D belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. It is isolated in several metabolic forms, but those of most importance to humans are Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). In fact, the vitamin itself is considered a prehormone, the activation of which occurs through several biochemical pathways in the liver and kidneys. Vitamin D stimulates calcium absorption in the small intestine and increases calcium reabsorption through the kidneys.
Vitamin D2 is not produced in vertebrates. It is obtained through plant foods and mushrooms. In contrast, Vitamin D3 is synthesized in the skin under the action of UVB rays. Under their influence, cholecalciferol is formed, which is produced in the deepest layers of the epidermis of the skin. Despite this seemingly easy and inexpensive way to obtain Vitamin D, hundreds of studies have observed an increase in diseases associated with a lack of the vitamin. The northern nations are particularly at risk, but statistics show that the situation is not better in the south either. People with a darker skin color have been shown to be less able to reproduce Vitamin D3 due to the higher content of methionine in this skin type.
Vitamin D deficiency can occur by several mechanisms. So is insufficient exposure to UV rays for one reason or another. It should be borne in mind that a deficiency is often found in connection with reduced exposure to the sun, the nature of the clothing, the use of UV protective creams and the diet. Insufficient supply with food or reduced absorption is possible due to inflammatory diseases of the intestinal tract or malabsorption syndrome of different genesis, use of medications that suppress fat absorption, etc. Liver disease rarely impairs vitamin D hydroxylation, but is not excluded. Kidney diseases can affect the production of the most active metabolite of Vitamin D - calcitriol.

Vitamin D3 and bone health
Vitamin D3 is important for maintaining normal bone health. Early childhood is a risky period in which the formation of unmineralized bone substance, osteoid, with disruption of the structure of the growth joints of long bones, deformations, including those of the skull and chest, growth retardation, etc., can be observed. It can develop in children fed only breast milk without the addition of Vitamin D in the form of oral drops or fortified foods. In adults, osteomalacia is found - again in connection with bone hypomineralization. It presents with bone pain, bone deformity, fractures. In addition, electrolyte changes also lead to pronounced muscle weakness. Osteoporosis is a disease with a complex etiology. Vitamin D deficiency can also contribute to its development. Vitamin D function can also be disturbed in some rare genetic diseases, also affecting the state of the bone system and electrolytes in the blood.
Taking Vitamin D3 supports the calcium-phosphorus exchange, thereby improving the absorption of both minerals, which contributes to the prevention and treatment of the diseases described above. It is important to know that due to the reduced levels of calcium and phosphorus in food, additional intake is needed through food supplements or a diet containing more milk and milk products.

Vitamin D3 and the immune system
T cells are responsible for fighting against all diseases and infections in the human body. Vitamin D plays an important role in the activation of T cells when exposed to a pathogen. If there is a shortage of Vitamin D in the blood, they are not even able to mobilize. Vitamin D plays a key role in the immune system, playing an important role in activating and maintaining the defense mechanisms in the human body. Vitamin D deficiency leads to a weakening of the immune system and an increased risk of the development of so-called autoimmune diseases, such as Type 1 Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis. It is believed that its deficiency can make us susceptible to flu and colds.

Vitamin D3 and the cardiovascular system
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin D and its deficiency is often found in overweight people. Adolescents with lower levels of Vitamin D are at 4 times the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. This research was presented at the annual conference of the American Heart Association. The conclusions were drawn based on the analysis of data collected from 3,577 individuals.

Vitamin D3 and emotional disorders
There is evidence of a link between Vitamin D and emotional disorders, and that the vitamin has a positive effect on mood at the change of seasons and depression during the winter months.

Purpose of Sunny Vit:

contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus;
contributes to maintaining a normal concentration of calcium in the blood;
contributes to maintaining the normal condition of bones;
contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function;
contributes to the maintenance of the normal condition of the teeth;
contributes to the normal function of the immune system;
participates in the process of cell division.

Warning:
In case of intolerance to some of the ingredients.
With increased content of calcium in the blood and/or in the urine, renal osteodystrophy with increased levels of phosphorus in the blood.
More and more research is showing that Vitamin D is of much greater importance than previously thought. Very often, even doctors do not mention it when they pay attention to patients about the vitamins they need. According to some scientists, the tendency to reduce the amount of Vitamin D in our bodies could become a real epidemic.
Experts urge us to pay more attention to this vitamin because, by the time it becomes as popular as vitamin C, A and E, the negative health consequences of its deficiency will already be a fact.
