The spray form allows the vitamins to be delivered directly into the bloodstream via the cheek for better absorption, bypassing the digestive system where many nutrients struggle to be absorbed.
How to use:
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to drain the liquid.
Shake well before each use. Spray gently into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Close the cap after use.
Composition in one daily dose 2 injections and Nutritional information (%): Vitamin D3 20mcg 400% Vitamin K2 20mcg (26%)
Dosage:
2 shots deliver 800 IU (20 μg (micrograms)) of vitamin D plus 20 μg (micrograms) of vitamin K2.
1-8 years - 1 injection
9-13+ years - 2 sprays
(or as directed by your doctor).
It does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and can be combined with our other oral sprays.
