Method of administration and dosage:
Children over 5 years: 4 capsules daily, divided into two doses - 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, during or after meals. The capsules can be chewed or swallowed whole with a small amount of liquid. The contents of the capsule can also be transferred to a spoon or mixed with food.

Esprico consists of a balanced mixture of fish oil from marine species and vegetable oil from evening primrose. Esprico contains the valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and omega-3 docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) for normal brain function. With magnesium to maintain normal mental function (cognitive and affective - related to emotions and mood - areas). With zinc for normal cognitive function (especially concentration, learning, memory, thinking abilities and stress resistance).
Ingredients: 21.5% FISH oil from marine species, sweetener xylitol, humectant glycerin, magnesium salts of citric acid, gelatin, modified starch, vegetable oil (SOY), medium chain triglycerides, 1.5% evening primrose oil, orange flavor, emulsifier lecithins from SOY beans, zinc gluconate, acidifier citric acid, sweetener acesulfame K, coloring agents iron oxides and iron hydroxides.
Free of preservatives, glutamates, phthalates and lactose, gluten free.
Directions for use: The recommended daily dose for children over 5 years of age is 4 capsules daily, divided into two doses – 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, during or after meals. The capsules can be chewed directly or taken whole with a small amount of liquid. The contents of the capsule can also be squeezed directly onto a spoon or mixed in another container.
